“Remaneja recurso do orçamento vigente de 2025 e dá outras providências”
SEBASTIÃO CARLOS DA SILVA, Prefeito do Município de Ouroeste, Estado de São Paulo, no uso de suas atribuições legais:
D E C R E T A:
Art. 1º - Ficam remanejados na forma do
anexo deste decreto, as dotações orçamentárias aprovadas na Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentária para o Exercício de 2025.
Art. 2º - A alteração introduzida pelo presente Decreto não implica em abertura de crédito adicional, suplementar, especial ou mesmo extraordinária, já que efetuada dentro dos limites dos grupos de despesa impostos na Lei de Orçamentaria Anual (Lei nº 1846, de 26 de dezembro de 2024 e dentro dos valores aprovados para os poderes, órgãos e unidades contemplados.
Art. 3º - Este decreto entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação, revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
